Don’t buy! If I can give this a zero I would. Taste is awful, could never get the metal taste out. Broke after only having it for a month. The ice and cold water stopped working. I open the back to is and there was moldy inside. I waited a week to long due to the holiday and now pass my return date.

Performs well. Much better than the unit it replaced but I need to move it to a new location and can’t figure out how to drain it. Tell me how and I’ll rate it 5 stars.

Nice but the cool side of the water tastes really funny make sure to clean it really good before you use it

I call this 3in 1 water dispenser. Very convenient for my family . It has cold water hot water and ice. One water dispenser is enough the needs of the whole family. Just open the box and attach the water bottle, and it's ready to use. It's really good . It is larger compared to the previous hot water pot.

Love this machine. The first few batches of ice have a funny taste but it says it in the directions that it will.. so no surprise there. Works great. Love the locking feature. Its great for little kids that love to play with buttons

Kind of bought this at a chance, there were no reviews, but it kind of fit my needs for my outdoor shop. I can bring the bottles of water, but I needed hot water. Cold water and ice was gonna be an awesome mixture. I was actually intending to buy an ice machine. The ice isn’t perfectly made as some of the ice machines I’ve had. But it does everything and it does it all really well. If you’re looking for something like this, well there’s nothing else out there that I know of. And it worked and it works great.!

My refrigerator’s cold water dispenser and ice maker was broken. So I always want a countertop ice maker, but it took a big space for only ice maker, so this 3-in-1 multi function water dispenser attracts my attention. I compare this with other brand, it seems this has less price with good reviews. It’s indeed an incredible efficiency machine with quicker hot and cold water generation and large ice storage room inside the machine. It’s arrive without need any installation and easy operation. No much noise when making ice. It fits well in my countertop. Really worth my purchase.

This water cooler is great, however it is quite loud when cooling or making ice. We actually turned off the cold water because of the fan. The ice machine works great, however if you allow it to build up, chances are the ice will get stuck and then there is no ice. It does take a bit to fill a bag, but it is definitely a great option. Overall, I am happy with my choice to purchase this water cooler.

It's worth it, but you have to read the instructions carefully to make sure you have ongoing production of ice, or you have to turn it off, and turn it back on, and wait for ice to be produced, and cold water, and hot water.
