I would deff recommend! Very sturdy construction both me and my Wife and 4 year old can ride it several miles along the beach bike path, we all together weigh 430 pounds lol it does hills pretty well honestly no complaints for the price! My battery wouldn’t charge but I texted and emailed the company directly and they got back to me immediately that day. Lumi was her name from after sales team helped me figure out the problem and it was an easy fix. It’s the charging port! the battery slides around during shipping sometimes it seems a bit which dislodged my charging port wire. they sent me a 2 new charging ports for free one of them is an upgraded heavy duty one so it appears they may have fixed the issue altogether…. The charging port is easy to replace and just connects easily with a connector under the scooter where the battery bay is…... and they even sent me a video on how to do it. 11 out of 10 service! I put some foam that came in the shipping box with the scooter in-between the battery and wires so it won’t happen again and allow the battery to shift around. They do use double sided tape on the battery to keep it from moving around but during shipping where the box is flipping around a lot the battery may shift and dislodge the charging pot wires. I wouldn’t let this deter you from buying this scooter tho. I can’t recommend it enough. The breaks are very good the lights are good with rear break light!! And they are bright and horn sounds pretty epic actually haha. just me and my daughter can get 15 miles on a single charge and we weigh together 265 pounds lol. I noticed the battery life and power got better after a few cycles of the battery. the shocks are great! I’m thinking about upgrading those tho cause of the weight we put on it. but if it’s just one person it’s perfect!

This company is a complete scam. My scooter arrived with a damaged back wheel, and when I contacted them, they sent a replacement that turned out to be completely defective. I paid $140 for a professional to install it, only to find the scooter no longer works at all. The motor is built into the wheel, so replacing it was a complicated, time-consuming process—total waste of time and money. When I asked to return the scooter, they hid behind their 30-day policy—even though I had been waiting two weeks for the defective replacement part they sent me. Now I’m out nearly $700 between the useless scooter and labor costs. The company takes no responsibility, ships faulty products, and leaves customers stranded. Avoid this brand at all costs. Amazon should investigate them for fraud.

A convenient bike for short-distance trips. The maximum speed is 18 miles per hour. The footrests are flimsy, it is better to replace them with others right away. The seat is very rigid, I had to use a soft lining.

This little scooter is AMAZING!! My kids and I get in this thing every day!! I mean everyday! The speed is perfect in opinion especially if you have kids on it. The battery life is really good. I just always plug it into whenever we are done riding so I’ve not noticed a problem with battery range! It was pretty easy to assemble especially if you scroll to the bottom of the page and they have how to videos posted and that made it a breeze to put together. It’s only took me about 30 minutes to put together! It’s extremely quiet!! Your neighbors won’t here you coming a mile away like my husbands dirt bike! 😂 you don’t even know it’s on or off that’s how quiet it is! We LOVE our purchase and I would highly highly recommend it!!

I love this scooter. I purchased this item to avoid having to always drive. Once putting it together and fully charging it I rode it along the bike trail as well as through my neighborhood and it rose smoothly. I did enhanced it by adding a license plate and bluetooth speaker and mirrors so that I could enjoy my music along the rides that I take. I have also convinced my husband to purchse one and between him and my daughter sharing his, I believe that we may have to purchase another one.

I love the product. It is mainly used to bring my daughter to school, and it is really helpful to avoid traffic. No problem so far. The scooter is quite heavy for a small person like me, but it is really durable. I was surprise that the installation was easy! One more thing, the customer service, especially Lumi, is really helpful and fast response!

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The scooter stopped working in less than two weeks of light use. Instead of replacing the defective product and handling the situation in a positive and professional manner, the company refused to offer a replacement and dismissed my concerns by telling me to take it to a repair shop, clearly avoiding responsibility for sending a faulty product. After this experience, I decided to check the reviews and realized this wasn’t an isolated case. Many other customers have reported the exact same issue. This clearly points to a recurring quality problem, and the lack of accountability from the company makes it even worse. I regret buying from this brand and will never purchase from them again. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that values its customers.

Works great! only struggles a little on hills while fully loaded with adult and 2 kids. Otherwise torque and speed and range are all as advertised. Seems good quality
