I also noticed the 30/60 discrepancy, but no problem at all. I have to inject 48 units morning and evening, so I do 2 x 24 instead. "Simples!" as our friend the meerkat would put it. I was delighted to get hold of the Luxura HD, it's a Rolls Royce compared to a Ford Fiesta. I've used it since it came out - not sure how many years ago - till finally it gave up the ghost some weeks ago. It isn't available as a prescription item any more, replaced (no doubt due to pressure on NHS funding) by an inferior product with at least one disconcerting vice. I couldn't wait to get shot of that and was lucky enough to find a direct replacement for my original old faithful! (Actually, even nicer to use than the original.)

Love the way this pen works. It's strong and injects with a positive feel. I lost my first one and have tried others but this is my favourite.

It was good to find an identical insulin pen to the one issued to my elderly mother many years ago. It was brand new, arrived well packaged and quickly. The only difference was colour. My mother was able to start using it straight away

This item is described as a 60 unit pen, but is in fact a 30 unit pen. This may cause problems for some users.

i have found since using Humapens many many years this latest version isn't great. trying to get all air from the cartridge is extremely difficult and can waste many units of insulin priming the system. also found the number markings faint and hard to read without glasses. it's a shame aventis system can't be used with humalog as in my opinion a Superior pen.
