It can cause loose stools and diarrhea because of the dying off of bad bacteria. Nothing major.
I have been taking this for a quite sometime. It did help with bloating and weight but unfortunately I think my body stopped responding to it. But it’s a great product for the gut what I found is that it helps with constipation and stomach issues there's an unpleasant discomfort of loose stool and smell but it’s part of the dying off bad bacteria, it goes way eventually. The taste is great it mixes fast I take first thing in morning It helps with my blood sugar stay stable.

**I have been drinking this for 1 1/2 years, read my review**I previously struggled with bloating, constipation, difficulty sleeping, fatigue, weight gain, and feeling hormonal and powerless to change it. Lab work "normal". I started reading about super food supplements and green juice options. I'm a nurse, so I was very careful about which product I chose and skeptical about the health claims.I have felt SO MUCH BETTER, normal gut routine, NO BLOATING, better sleep, feeling more myself overall. I will never look back!!!! This stuff is a game changer. Buy it and stick with it. When I run on out for a short time, I notice the difference within a few days.... My gut issues creeping back in.The citrus taste is a little bit closer to orange juice as far as tanginess, being that you can mix it with six to 8 oz of water and chug it, it works for me. I like the berry better, but neither are bad tasting.

SUPPER FIZZ IF SHAKEN
When I mix the powder with water, shake to mix, I am having to tighten the jar because this is FIZZING way more than any of the products I've purchased straight from "Activated You" directly but it is also a different flavor than Activated You sold on their web site.
