Open Farm Epic Blend Dry Dog Food, High Protein Beef Kibble, 18lb Bag

My dogs love this stuff! The ingredients are awesome. Their poops are solid. It is pricey so I mix it with another not as expensive high quality dry food to stretch it out. I do like that it has different pieces of jerky and bits in it so it gives good variety.

This is what I get for my 60lb lab/pitbull mix- he loves it! It’s not only super palatable, but it’s also his preference when it comes to food. It’s healthy and includes all of the super foods a dog would need, I just like adding in extra things so he could be that much better. The size is as stated. I believe most all pets should be on an Open Farm diet, but I also know that not everyone can afford it. But if money is no issue and your dog has little to no health concerns, then this will be perfect!

Excellent dog food.

Fed 1 time/ Mixed with current food. Both of my Maltipoos had terrible diarrhea for 2 days. Nothing else in their diet changed. I felt so bad for my girls. I had to do several loads of laundry and clean the carpets. Not Fun....

Update Oct 8th 2025: This is the best food I have ever fed my dogs. They are thriving, strong and healthy. They are happy and my female still dances for it and twirls and stomps on the ground. ******************************************* My dogs are loving it. My female is dancing for this food. The only other food she has ever danced for is Carna4. They both have great energy and their poop looks perfect. I have all 3 on subscribe and save to switch up the meat. Love the fact that the kibble is low temp baked and the other parts are air dried. Probably as close as you can get to raw feeding. The ingredients are of high quality. My dogs love the taste. They get right to eating it. Their coat is soft and they seem happier and energetic. I think it is worth the price because the better the food the healthier your dog and the less vet visits you will have to do.

Our dog absolutely loved the flavour but the price is outrageous. More expensive than steak. We adore our dog but there has to be a reality check somewhere here.

My dogs clearly like the Open Farm, Epic Blend High Protein Dry Dog Food. I mean, how could they help it? It has air dried salmon and white fish in addition to the kibble. For my dogs, that make a it like cat-crack ... like sneaking in to the cat's room and stealing his food. This is super premium dog food so it's super expensive. I couldn't justify the expense to feed it to my three large dogs as their main food, but adding it as a topper is something I would consider. I do wish that Open Farm met WSAVA guidelines. I think that matters especially for the higher end foods which seem to have it all. If they met the guidelines, I would be confident that they actually do.
