June 27, 2024 Update; These battery packs are still going amazingly well! I have only had to charge them 4 times each in the last year and a half. They last so long, I "lost" the plug in cord twice, like it took so long between charges, I couldn't locate the wall cord when I needed it.. They're so good, I am ordering two more for my adjustable bed. I got these because my wife didn't like the cords coming from the couches and beds. After a quick charge, I installed them on the couches and tested them out. There is NO difference between plugged into the wall or plugged into these batteries. On top of that, I charged them a couple months ago and they're still over half charged. I have kids that make a game of reclining the couches over and over.. I'm amazed they are still holding up so well. 100% would recommend these to everyone.

First let me first say, there was an issue with the compatibility of the battery with my furniture's on/off light. It would hold a full charge for about a week but would then drain quickly. Apparently, this is uncommon, and I just had the misfortune of pairing the two items together. However, Blue Cactus's customer service was extremely patient and helpful while I reached out to the furniture manufacturer, and we were eventually able to come up with a satisfactory solution. It was refreshing to work with a company that stood behind their product... so, for that, they get five stars :-) Even though they had offered a full refund, I was determined to make the batteries work because the back of my furniture is visible, and the 90-degree plug is more aesthetically pleasing. The only thing I might change is to make the cord that plugs into the furniture a few inches longer to have more flexibility in placing the battery under the furniture out of view. Other than that, they're well-made and I hope to get many years of use from them.

I bought 2 of these in August 2023 for our Ashley reclining sofa. The cost of them prevented me from getting them sooner, but I’m so glad I finally got them. I have a family of 5, so these get plenty of use. One charge lasts my family about 1.5-2 weeks. The charge time is long, but that’s why I bought two of them. We just rotate them out as they need charging. It’s very easy to connect and use, hides right under the couch, keeps cords hidden, and I’m satisfied with the amount of use we get per charge.

I put this off as long as I could, hoping for a response from customer service. I had this same battery in 2021 when we bought new furniture. It worked great, lasting over a month between charges. I began having trouble with it, but it had lasted 4 years which was good, and I knew I wanted to order it again. This battery stopped after two weeks. I recharged and it still was less than three weeks. Then it began to stop working after a day or two with the charge indicator showing 100% I found out if I pressed the button that showed the charge it would work again for a day or two, but sometimes as little as a few minutes. It has never completely discharged, usually stopping working showing anywhere between 85% charge and 100. By the time I knew I had a problem the Amazon return window had passed. I contacted Blue Cactus through Amazon two times. Neither time did I get an answer. I contacted them on their website two times. Still no response. I would expect at least a response even if they would do nothing for me, but I have tried 4 times and nothing. I am now looking for a different brand. I’m sure Blue Cactus is a good product, and everyone has a dud every now and then. I would be ok with that. But to not acknowledge my complaints at all is the straw that broke this camel’s back. Customer service is non-existent. They have lost a customer. I am now researching batteries for a replacement.

Bought a pair for our double reclining sectional and it works well. It holds a charge several weeks when used for just seat movement. However if used to charge an iPad while sitting it drains in just several days. It’s 5 star for just seat movement, however.
