SORE FOOT LIFESAVER!
Life saver for aching feet. Only area where it's not great is on top of your foot near the ankles because it is where the Velcro comes across. I use a separate small flexible cold pack to place on the front of my foot near my ankles, then tighten up the Velcro straps. Stays cold for a long time.

Better than sliced bread
These are a life saver for my ankle and Achilles tendon on each foot! They have ice pockets all around and on bottom so they hit every spot on my feet. The fit perfect and are adjustable so I can have them loose or tight around the foot and or up my leg. They are very soft. And highly effective

I bought this for a co worker who is constantly complaining about how her foot hurts. She says its amazing while on. Foot does go back to hurting after its been off for 10 or so minutes. But thats the effect of ice packs regardless.

Buy it. It stays cold for over an hour. It's great and brings relief.
This boot is amazing. It stays cold for a very long time. I bought two. I tried others and they got warm very quickly. This one has been quite cold for over an hour now and is very comfortable and easy to use. It's easy to slide my foot in and out of without pain. I suggest this to anyone looking for something of the type.
