Been taking them a few days and they’ve given me stomach pains extreme bloating and a complete face breakout in spots like a teenager again ! I read the reviews and thought it would help my tummy problems but it made them worse and made my skin break out

As someone who struggles with IBS and a sensitive stomach, this probiotic has been a lifesaver! It is so effective. It has drastically reduced my stomach’s sensitivity. I now feel comfortable eating out and trying new foods. It has truly impacted the quality of my life the pill is average size. I have no problem swallowing it and I can’t swallow big pills. The pills don’t have an odor and you only take 1 per day. This is worth every penny.

I like keeping these on hand especially after I have been on antibiotics. My stomach can feel off for a while after that and this seems to help me get back to normal. I mainly use it for gut health and general digestive balance.The capsules are easy to take and do not have a weird taste or smell. I also like that it is made for women since that is what made me try this version in the first place. I do not expect any probiotic to fix everything overnight but with regular use this one has been a good fit for me. It is one I would buy again and probaby keep around just in case.

Helps with pH but not bloating. Since I take this, I have no UTI and yeast infection anymore. I wish it helped for bloating as well.
