Easy to assemble , it's well made no fractures or misconfigurations. Strong. Sturdy and heavy but solid. I watched the video of how to assemble much easier to follow. Better to lay the main part with the lift on its side to install that long rod bolt . Real easy to install just more brain than brawn. Came to us fast thank you. For my mother.

Update: returning item, supposed to make life easier to take care of a loved one, but instead I am breaking my back trying to use it. I am not big on writing reviews but had to on this one due to the high cost .Its a great concept if made correctly. What I noticed. First unless the person has some ability to lift themselves you are not going to get the pillow under them. Also if the person has no ability to help you get them into the chair, then you can't do it alone, you need 2 people for sure. The bar for the potty seat is not good. You have to get the person on and then pull the bar up underneath and put potty on. Which takes a min or 2 and the person can pee on the floor before you are finished, so have a pad on the floor just in case. Also their butt gets squished in the potty hole.The person puts their feet over the bar onto the foot plate-which is ridiculous and the up and down foot bar is to close to persons leg and makes it difficult and jabs into their legs. Getting it to go down i find myself pushing down on it to get it moving. Also the tray sits to high for the person. Look further.

My mom is not strong enough to sit up and help get into this chair. She is 88 with zero upper body strength. Would be better for someone who can sit up so one caregiver can maneauver. Had to return it. Good quality though and works as advertised.

This is so very convenient for my sister. The hydraulic lift makes it very easy to raise and transfer her into bed. Much safer than a regular walker and much easier to use than the old fashioned hoyer lifts.

Easy to put together, strong built quality, features would be useful but the hydraulic does not work I shipped this to myself in the Caribbean, so returning would cost me double.

Shipping was fast, assembly very easy. This product does exactly what is claims, the lifting mechanism works flawlessly, the wheels are velvet smooth. This is a quality product.

Not good for handicapped person. Not wide seat . Not what I thought!
