In an effort to eat healthier, I have been looking for a cane sugar substitute and am so happy to have found this Monk Fruit Sweetener. I use it to sweeten my green tea and collagen drink in the morning, and I've also used it to bake with. This sweetener can be too sweet, so I use half the amount called for in recipes. When I make my 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies, I use 1/3 cup of Mong Fruit Sweeter instead of 2/3 cup sugar in the recipe. The cookies come out perfect and tasty.

i’ve been using this product for years, but I can’t always get it in the supermarket or I forget to purchase it so buying it from Amazon has made it easy. I live the taste; sweet with no chemical aftertaste.I primarily use it for my coffee, but will also toss it in lieu of sugar for baking or to add a bit of sweetness to any recipe that calls for sugar.
