Is this sparkly or a plain concealer stick?

Plain makeup stick. Available at drugstores. I got one from amazon it smelled like fish. Not returnable

Color is "You're a Natural". I have given this concealer another chance and it's actually not bad if you use a good quality concealer brush to apply. I also purchased "When the Nude Strikes" highlighter which I really like and also a blush "Peach Bums" which is also very good.
