Since we were under a time crunch we worked with it. The jacket quality was higher than expected for the price. Very pleased with the jacket overall. The pants fit perfect in the waist (adjustable bands on the inside), but are not hemmed. This worked out well for us. We were under a time constraint to get the product due to an upcoming dress rehearsal. We exchanged email with the company and they responded quickly and were able to meet our timeline. Very friendly and great service. Would shop with these folks again.
