I was taking the Diva brand for a month or more and at first it seemed to work, but then stopped working. I think i read that they changed the brand ingrediants or formula. So i bit the bullet and paid more money for Ivy brand. Been 7 days now and my blood pressure is better. I was taking a 40 mg Verapamil along with the Ivy, but had to cut drug down to 20 mg now as the Ivy brand is helping a lot. Today i was 133/83, and going backwards : 129/75....105/69......132/82.....125/75....123/75....124/71...103/65...and so on. Before i took the Ivy brand i was like159/88....164/82...167/91172/93 and so on even WITH 4 Ivy brand and a 40 mg drug pill. I think today it was higher cuz i was running around the house and did not rest before i took it. Always remember though that you have to wait over an hour to take the pressure after you eat a meal cuz it always goes down then and won't be the accurate number. I wait about 2 hrs. Taken on an empty stomach will get the correct reading. I hope the FDA does not ban them. So for now i am taking a 20mg drug pill along with 2 Ivy - one in morning and one at bedtime. I don't know why the Divya brand stopped working. But the Ivy brand started working within 4 days.

I have been taking for about three months. It did lower my blood pressure gradually to my satisfaction but I started having slight nasal discomfort after one week usage. Not so bad that I couldn’t tolerate but then my throat and sinuses started to bother me. Plus, I found out it has ashwagandha in it which I can’t take due to thyroid problems. So, sadly I had to stop it. Started a Chinese herb called hypertenSure which I will see if it works as well as makta vati. Update 03/01/2020. Chinese herbs did not lower blood pressure. After more research, restarted ivy’s mukta vati with warm milk and vit c. Blood pressure normal, very little nasal itchiness occasionally, will stay on ivy’s .

I cannot praise this product enough ! Been on probably over 25 different blood pressure meds in over 35 years. Mukta Vati works immediately and keeps my pressure in a normal range day & night. Doctors and Big Pharma are top of my Garbage List Forever

Doesn't work the same since price increase , doesn't smell or taste the same as before. Had to get back on my BP meds . Beware

I finally came upon this herbal supplement. I currently take a 1/2 tablet in the morning.The only issue is that IF I take a whole tablet for those high-stress days, I develop sinus dryness. I’ve read that taking it w/warm milk solves that problem....but, I don’t drink real milk. Warm almond milk seems to work for me too.

I've been taking this for several months on the recommendation of my chiropractor, and I've noticed amazing results. My boood pressure has definitely been lower, and my resting heart rate has come down noticeably as well, which has had positive effects on my stress level. Overall, I feel much better taking this product.

Although herbs do not work for everyone, this one works for me. So well, that I cannot take it at the suggested dosage. My blood pressure, untreated runs about 137-150 over 90/98. With this? Normal to slightly too low. I am very pleased that I can control my hypertension with a natural product, rather than a pharmaceutical.

Works almost from day one like a pharmaceutical drug. Wow.
