A good tablet for every day use
I’m really glad I ignored all the negative reviews saying this tablet was “low-end” or not worth it. The Lenovo Tab One Android Tablet (8.7” HD, MediaTek Helio G85, 4GB RAM, 128GB) has honestly been great for what I need. If you’re looking for a simple, affordable tablet for watching videos, browsing the web, checking emails, and everyday apps, this is excellent value for money. It runs smoothly for normal use, the screen is clear and bright enough for streaming, and the storage is more than enough for apps and media. It’s not meant to replace a high-end device, but for basic daily tasks, it does the job very well. Definitely a smart buy if you want something reliable without spending too much. It also comes with a nice cover with a built in kickstand.

Perfect size too
Not sure why people are complaining. Hear me out, it starts slow - because it needs a day and several restarts to fully update. You will need to stop automatic random games download in Google Store settings. Delete those games. Find your own path. After that, you have a more than decent tablet that will cope with reading, gaming or just plain staring at YouTube shorts. This tablet is absolutely a decent value for money If you want something faster and better, by all means, dish out as much mulla as needed. But if you are after a functional little gadget, that won’t break your bank, this is the one. 100%

So far so good…happy with it
I only just received it but so far so good. I’m still navigating on how it works but perfect little tablet to take on a plane or train etc. not too big but big enough to watch a show without squinting. Good packaging and seems pretty straightforward to use. Not sure how the battery life is yet. Time will tell if I love it but so far so good..

Good tablet.
This review is written by a senior not techsavi. Initial view of tablet. Nice and slim. Good clear screen. Purchased a separate case to give added protection to screen. Setting up. I have to say it wasn't easy but that maybe because I'm not tech savi. I found by default that you have to install the latest Lenovo software. Also some Google apps have to be updated to latest versions. It's probably taken me about 4 hours🥱 but now I've got most apps installed and working. Speed appears good not slow as some have reported. Typing keyboard is small so need to establish if I can changed? I'm therefore pleased with my purchase. Certainly better than my previous tablet. With more use I'm sure I'll become proficient. Definitely recommend.

Devent Inexpensive Tablet.
Just a basic tablet, I have no need for an expensive g tablet with all bells and whistles, I like the firm factor, like my old Nexus 7s. Not the most responsive but does what I need. The only grumble is the warranty which states started on the 29-04-25, funny as I bought it the middle of Feb 2026, in brand new condition with all shrink wrap in place. The case is good, with the integrated stand. To sum up, a good, basic tablet.

Perfect for my needs
I admit that I'm not asking much of this tablet. I wanted something to use for reading that allowed access to more than one app but was about the size of a kindle. This is perfect, for my uses the battery lasts a few days, the screen is clear and responsive. No issues with lagging. Set up was quick and easy, not had any problems with connecting to WiFi. Great value.

Excellent upgrade from the M8 version
I accidently smashed my Lenovo M8 2024 tablet screen so bought this. It's a lot quicker! Thanks to having double the amount of CPU cores (8 vs 4) and double the RAM (2gb Vs 4gb). You can definitely tell the difference. Before I couldn't watch YouTube or Instagram reels without dropping frames. This is a really smooth experience! I'm glad I chose this one rather than the 10 inch screen Lenovo do. It's small enough to read on and still slightly bigger than the original 8 inch model. So pleased!

Good tablet poor build quality
Great tablet in function wise! The kids loved it for games and watching there tv shows. However I was very disappointed on the build quality, my daughter’s got knocked off the sofa onto the floor which is carpeted and it completely shattered as well as the corner of the screen coming away.
