This one's a Keeper!
This one's a keeper! I am 92 years old and have had prostate "problems" for 35 years. And since my late 50's I've been taking something or other with Saw Palmetto, Pumpkin Seed and African Pygeum. Then I discovered the sitosterols (mainly Beta); then Stinging Nettle or some flower pollen. I have probably tried 20 to 25 different products and combination of products with various degrees of success. I have tried products that recommend 1, 2, 3 and 1 each of a combination of two products. I have tried deviating with either more or less than the recommendation. I'll say two things: 1. By staying with a product of this kind for 35 years, my BPH has never varied much, and my number of nighttime bathroom trips has seldom exceeded three, and has usually been fewer. And 2. This is the best product I have tried with bathroom visits usually limited to 1 or 2, even while alternating nightly between 1 and 2 capsules and while also complicating things for myself by having to take a diuretic for blood pressure control. Every now and then I even make it all the way through the night!
