Reading errors will display on Vital Hero device if the Dim card is over the limitation, that mean the same Dim card has been connected with another Vital device already. Any dim card can be used on a max. of three "Vital Bracelet, Vital Bracelet Digivice-V or Vital Hero" devices. However, you can't link the same dim card with two Vital Bracelet or two Vital Hero devices.

Will the kamen rider and ultraman japanese card work with this device and display in english when using them?

日本での購入です。バイタルブレスの第２期相当のバイタルヒーローです。特徴は、全てが英語で記載されていることです。あと、DIMカードは日本版のインパルスシティではないので、2本目としても優秀だと思います。バイタルブレスとローカル対戦可能なVSカード付属なので、その点でも評価できると思います。 ※バイタルブレスBEと対戦はできません。 ※スマホアプリはストアにありませんが、BE用のVBアリーナアプリ(最終版)に対応しており、スマホにデジモンを保存できました。(max200匹らしいです)
