Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Heat Styling Spray 5.5oz

I will always repurchase this Living Proof heat protectant! It's to be used on dry hair. It leaves a pleasant scent, no greasiness or residue and I believe makes my hair stronger and thicker while also hydrating and adding volume to my hair! My hair is healthier bc of this and once I have the funds I plan to stock up bc it sells out!

my absolute ride or die, 1000% worth the price! TLDR: buy it, it's worth it I have fine hair but with a medium thickness to it. Most of my heat damage is coming from straightening or curling my hair every day. I've consistently bleached my hair in some manner for the last 7 years. I've tried SO MANY different brands and types of heats protectants and have gone back to this one every time. I use this heat protectant every time I apply heat and it gets layered on over the few days I go without washing my hair and it does not weigh down my hair AT ALL, there'es no crunch or weird feeling or film it leaves in my hair before or after using it with heat. My hair feels soft and still hydrated after using it. I have an issue and maybe it's just me but when I use a heat protectant, then heat then a hair oil to smooth everything, my hair gets stringy and looks visibly oily instead of soaking in and creating a shine, this has never happened with this heat protectant. The fragrance is definitely there but it's not bad. My setting spray for makeup is worse and that goes on my face. I only use aerosol heat protectants and this one hands down is worth every penny- even though it makes my pennies hurt every time I buy it. Pair it with the perfect hair day shampoo and conditioner and my hair is healing! (ILY Living Proof, please see this and send me something).

I only wash my hair 2–3 times a week, so touch-ups with a straightener or curling iron are part of my routine. I don’t love using traditional heat protectant sprays between washes because they tend to dampen or weigh down my dry hair—but this aerosol version from Living Proof is a total game-changer. Unlike other aerosol heat protectants I’ve tried, this one doesn’t leave any sticky, dry, or gunky residue. My hair feels soft, smooth, and natural afterward—almost like there’s nothing in it at all (in the best way). I also appreciate that I no longer get that dreaded snapping sound when my straightener hits wet hair. That alone makes it a win! The mist is light and fine, so it distributes evenly across my hair without overloading any one section. It gives me that invisible layer of heat protection I need without messing with my style or texture. If you're looking for a clean, effective, and traceless heat protectant for dry hair touch-ups, this is the best I’ve found—highly recommend!

The product works well for what it’s intended for however it has a very strong smell. The smell is not a bad smell, but if you are sensitive to perfumes or any strong smell that is going to linger, you will want to skip this product

Things I like about it: • very lightweight • doesn’t leave hair sticky or stiff • helps reduce frizz • hair feels smooth after blow drying You don’t need to use a lot of product, so the bottle lasts a long time. If you regularly use blow dryers or flat irons, this is a great heat protectant to have.
