The item itself is very high quality. It looks nice in my living room, and the instructions were easy to follow. But I got it for my cats, and it didn't keep them out for long, even with the floor loop thing installed. They just climbed right up it and went over the top.

Quick and easy to install, very minimalist looking, the retractable screen comes out without any hesitation and easily hooks to the connectors on the opposite side........ It took my 2 cats less than three minutes to figure out how to escape under it. My one cat is it's fairly small, only a year old, probably weighs less than eight pounds, my other cat is larger, weighs around twelve pounds and squeezed under it without any problems. I still think it's a really cool concept, and I love how tal it is and the fact that it's breathable to still allow airflow through the home and how easy it is to use. I'm not gonna bother returning it, but we'll need to figure out a way how to modify it to stop them from squeezing underneath.

I felt it was a bit confusing, or should I say, not quite clear on the instructions? I eventually figured it out. But did it a little differently than the instructions stated as it worked better for me. Other than that, so far so good, I'm using it for my front. Door in lieu of a screen door it is less expensive sturdier, and also serves as a gate for my dog. I like the material. It seems to be well made. We'll see after opening and closing several times

Nice looking gate. However, we purchased it to keep our pets out of our office area. Our one cat made his way under it within a few seconds. Currently trying to figure out how to block him from sliding under.

I keep for just in case. I use it when I was training my dog to his pads. Easy storage. Ive had for years. Still comes on handy.
