This product comes with 3 types of inserts offering a variety of cushioning and lift. The blue base pieces have sticky bottoms to cling to the insole of a shoe and the additional inserts are made to cling to each other as well. I began with the blue because I needed a slight heel lift for plantar fasciitis but I recently added the clear inserts for some extra cushioning as I’m on my feet 5 hours at a time. I am pleased with the results so far! The lift and cushioning help relieve foot/heel pain and my back doesn’t hurt as much at the end of the day. I like the variety offered by this product and the price is definitely budget-friendly.

The heel lifts from Dr. Foot are of excellent quality and provide great comfort. I specifically utilize them in my left shoe to address the slight difference in length between my left and right legs. Since incorporating these heel lifts, I have experienced significant relief from lower back pain, particularly in my right hip. Their ability to stay securely in place, even with open-back shoes, and their durability over the past few months have been impressive. As a result, I now have a lift in most of my left shoes. Great overall. Use them daily. They do slip in the shoe because the sticky side isn't meant to be moved from shoe to shoe but overall have helped me very much with my achilles tendonitis.

The gel cushioning provides extra comfort, making it easier to walk and stand for longer periods as she owns a restaurant she has to be there for 10 hours daily six days a week.
