The media could not be loaded.  I like how EASY it was to install and how sturdy the quality has been, so far. It is also very simple to use.

Segway cannot deliver their kickstand so I tried this one. It works great.

On our 3rd one now.They keep snapping right thru the logo.

They put a super thick empty nine in it so it is missing material and will snap off with ease.

The media could not be loaded.  Okay! 9/10 recommend this product! The only reason it misses on a perfect score is because it does not include any instructions what-so-ever. Instead you get a photo that the manufacturer doodled ontop of inside the Amazon product description. Granted a trained monkey could install this thing. You open the bag, take out the provided Allen wrench, remove the audience-left-side screw on the bottom of your Segway that's toward the front, set it aside, seat the kickstand onto your Segway with the little knob on the kickstand actually resting inside one of the little cooling vents of your Segway, you'll know you have done this correctly because it will only work this one way and will be visually obvious as it will sit snug and flush on your Segway so that the bolt hole on the kickstand and the bolt hole on your Segway align, once these details have been understood; use the provided longer bolt to secure the kickstand onto your Segway turning it until it's difficult to turn, then stop and give it a quarter-turn-tight, now you're done.That is all they need. Took me less than 30 seconds to write. Toss some company info at the bottom and call it a day. /shrug If a part comes with the replacement, some specific bolts, and a tool to do it all with... it should have just s o m e shred of instruction. Even something this simple. Then again, the company who makes these kickstands also make baby sponges, cookie cutters, cat scratch pad thingies, Segway Ninebot S-Plus Mods, and loofa's?! Not sus or anything... well I rolled the dice and was not let down!Watch my video and turn up your audio. It's not profesh at all, so relax. I just do a better job explaining things on there. It's very durable, easy af to install, matches the color of the S-Plus, seats perfectly to the bottom, is very low-profile, feels expensive and awful sturdily built. Best $21.74 (yes, my sales taxes are that high in WA) I've spent all year. Once you buy this and install it, you'll instantly wonder why Segway didn't just include one to begin with... but noooo... did nobody in R&D ever just stop using one and simply turn it off? Pretty certain that they did. Which means I'm pretty certain that they were aware that once you turn a Segway off... off turns the self-balancing magic that keeps your Segway from just taking a straight face-plant to the floor like an 8th grader on Maddog 20/20 for the first time. So that is the experience that Segway wanted to give a customer who pays over $900 for their product? That they couldn't be bothered with a $20 kickstand? Weak. But I digress! Buy this kickstand if you have a S-Plus.

Excellent fit. Broke in Two Days. My fault, but it still broke with normal use.

I bought 3 Segway NineBot S Pluss, and ordered Kickstands. So far we have had 3 Kickstands break, and have ordered 6 of them. The areal where thew logo is stamped out makes it very weak there. All you have to do is see how much of the structure is missing at the place the logo is. I just order a 7th kickstand and I am going to fill that logo with plastic epoxy and see if it hold up better.

This was super easy to install and it works perfectly. It's really great having a kick stand!
