Die verschiedenen bunten Geschmäcker haben mich angesprochen. Geschmaklich leider sehr künstlich.

These have been handy to keep in my bag and the berry flavours taste pleasant without being too sweet. They mix well in water with a quick shake and don’t leave a gritty texture behind. I like that they feel light and refreshing after exercise or on busy days when I haven’t drunk enough. The sachets are easy to use and feel like good value for money for something I actually reach for regularly.

They have just arrived (quick delivery +1 point) so I tried one. Tropical flavour. It’s so sweet, it’s disgusting….lay off the sweeteners! I would rather have no sweetness than this. It is truly horrible. It reminds me of the bowel prep they gave me for a colonoscopy. Won’t be buying again!

As far as taste goes, this selection was nice. I cannot say about their hydration property, but mixed into a small bottle of water, gives the feeling of satisfaction.

Definitely drinking more water with these, however i tried the boost sachet first and found no results. Flavour is okay, slightly mild for my liking even with less than 700ml of water, and the cherry flavour is a little pasty but after a few sips I didn't notice it anymore. Overall I'd say these are good if you want to drink more water but energy wise it has had no effect.
