It is the best protein bar. I had in a long time. The ingredients are healthy. I’ve been ordering this for a couple of months. I’ve been using IQ bars for over a year now and I absolutely love them and depend on them. As someone who has a soy, dairy and legume allergy these are essentially the only bars on the market that also keep my macros in check. I have one for breakfast every morning and it gives me just what I need to keep me fuelled for my morning workout. 10/10 recommend Now if we could just find a way to get them back in Costco in Canada-then I’d be on top of the world. I already wrote a complaint to Costco begging them to bring these back (with additional flavours!) Blueberry is my absolute favourite with chocolate chip and matcha a close second. Keep doing what you’re doing-I don’t know what I’ll do if you stop honestly. I’ve been waiting my whole life for a product like this. Go get them now!

The flavour is incredible!

Good size, reasonably soft to eat, very tasty. Only 2g sugar and 9g carb makes this one a good choice.
