The customer service has exceeded any level of my expectations. After about 7 months of almost daily use the steam unit malfunctioned. I did not get an extended warranty but I contacted them and made them aware of this and to my utter suprise they immediately shipped me a replacement steam unit at no additional charge. This steam machine is a great upgrade to our older machine. It has a higher capacity of 4L vs 3L. And it is a smart machine which connects to your phone and can be monitored and controlled with an app. It works faster and better than our older one which had a steamer box that would fall over inside the tent, not an issue with this model. We have a pop up tent from our other set which we like better. It takes up less space and super easy to put away and pop it open for use. We also got an upgraded chair that is so much more comfortable with a rounded back as well as a pocket for a loofah or wet washcloth. Now we have the perfect set up, and it’s great for relaxation and post work out recovery as well as for your skin.

Who thought I could have a sauna in my bathroom!?!? This works so well. It was easy to set up and the app works great. You can leave it up or take it down after you are done. Therr are different heat levels, so you aren't stuck with mega hot which is nice. It is pretty large, so make sure you have plenty of room. And i would say it isn't as durable as permanent sauna, but it is made well and if you take care of it you shouldn't have any issues with longevity.

This is the best at home sauna that you can get. It is the complete kit that you need to achieve your goals. The kit comes with the tent to sit in, along with the sauna machine, the chair as well as a remote that is Bluetooth. The setup was super simple and easy to do, it took me less then 10 minutes to put it together. The tent is made up of a material that is super durable and will last for a long time with repeated use. The windows are made out of vinyl that is also super durable. The setup consists of putting the poles together and then taking the tent and putting the poles inside of it and zipping it up around it. That is it, super simple and easy to accomplish. The chair is just a regular fold up chair, it is ok, not something I would pick out myself but it is ok. We actually use a stool and it works better for us. The sauna machine itself is super easy and user friendly to use as well. You just add the water to the fill line and put the lid on. You can set the temperature on the machine itself or with the Bluetooth remote that is included. This machine also allows you to put different things in the strainer basket to help with your experience if you choose to use it. We have tried a few things like mint and fresh oranges and it was amazing. I want to try other health benefits also. The tent is easy to get in and out of, just use one of the two zippers that is on the tent and zip it open and closed. They have a window as well that allows to open if you need to vent some of the air out when in there, which is super nice to have. Not to mention you can see out of it so you don't feel so enclosed in the tent. The steam gets super hot and works amazing when it gets warmed up. I actually think it is better then ones at a gym to be honest. I love everything about this sauna and will continue to explore all the health benefits to this as well. If you are looking for an in home sauna then this is the unit you need to get, it is the complete all in one.

I would like to preface this review with this statement; “I do not order items that I do not intend to use myself or install myself for someone else.” Having said that; I decided rather than do an “out of the box” type review I would put this item in to service for some time to really get a sense of what it was. This is what I found out; Overall, for a home that is not space generous, this fills the bill. It IS small, if you are over 5' 10", I'm 6' 0", you are gonna be noticing the small size quite a bunch. Throw the provided chair away if you weigh in over 11 stone, besides its too low anyway. IT IS PLASTIC, ALL OF IT. You are going to get that lovely plastic smell for a while, it does go away eventually. It IS a mini steam room more so than an actual sauna. The heat comes from the generated steam NOT a heat source that is dry and you add the moisture level you wish. It does have some gaps in the cover so you are going to add moisture to any room you are using it in, just a heads up. Now the good stuff itemized. It DOES build steam pretty darn quick, and it make s goodly amount of it, bonus. IF you use essential oils.....use them VERY sparingly, with amount of steam it produces you WILL be run out of this small space!! The larger window is nice, just remember that in use it is simply a light source, you won't "see' a thing out of it in operation. The app is good and it makes control simple and easy. Just REMEMBER, you are in a STEAM ROOM, steam is WATER. I put my phone in a phone bag designed to let you use the touch screen through it so as to keep it dry and safe. It sets up quick enough, remember, it IS all plastic so be a bit gentle with it. With a little care it should last for a good while, the heating unit is the wild card here. I use mine 3-4 times a week and it the month plus I have been using it it has not shown any signs of waining. Bottom line; at the price point...it is IMHO an OK value. It has some short comings but none that would have me tell you to run away screaming from it.

It's kinda big if you live in an apartment or something, but it's great in my 3 season porch or basement, depending on the season. Easy to set up and use, not too bad to clean up. Think about storage space before you buy, but otherwise it's an easy economical and non permanent way to get your steam on

I very much enjoy a steam after a workout at the gym, but I have always wanted something at home that was somewhat affordable, and this fits that beyond my expectations. This device is unbelievable. Very easy to assemble and use. Cleaning is quick and easy as well. This heats and steams up very quickly and ready to use within minutes. Vary temperature controls so you can find what suits you best. The included seat is somewhat comfortable and comparable to ones at the gym anyway. While this does not have a large footprint, the window makes all the difference. Without it, I would suspect it would be quite dark, but moreover, you feel the space is larger with the window. If you are looking for something that is very effective this just might be right for you. I was a little skeptical at first, but I am sold on these devices for home use now. It is portable so you can take it with you, though some may want to leave this up permanently, just make sure whichever the case, you wipe it down after use to prevent any mold or mildew buildup and let it air after wiping it down as well. Our whole family uses this and everyone really enjoys it. I really think you can't go wrong with this if a steam is what you are after. 100% satisfied and recommended.

This product arrived the next day via Amazon Prime and was packaged inside a large cardboard box. I finally got a chance to assemble and test this out over a recent long weekend at our country house. I had never seen a portable sauna so I was not quite sure what to expect but this actually impressed me. Admittedly, I did not have high expectations because this felt more like a novelty item than something I would want to rely upon consistently, but we have definitely had good first impressions. So first and foremost, the whole purpose of this sauna is to create a portable experience and the two criteria I would want is that it is minimalist as well as effective obviously. Set up was easy and after having read the instructions, assembly took less than half an hour, although now that I have done it a couple of times, I am up and running within minutes. The tent is evidently small but decently sized when you are sitting inside and you would not want it to be much bigger because the steam process would be less efficient. Very smart idea to include the window because otherwise it would be dark and claustrophobic inside. The steamer controls are easy and intuitive and you can skip downloading the app as there is a basic remote, which I prefer because heat and moisture are not great for steam, as tempting as it might be to scroll through the phone while in the sauna. It takes closer to 20 minutes rather than 10 to feel the full effect so plan accordingly. You don't have to hook up a water supply or anything and this has a pretty good water capacity, although if multiple people are using it succession, you will need to refill the water supply. My biggest gripe is with the chair which reminds me of a small camping chair but unfortunately, I don't find so comfortable and it feels a little flimsy to me. I replaced the chair with a simple low stool that I had (along with a padded cushion) and I found this made the experience much more enjoyable for me rather than simply trying to get out as fast as possible. In terms of a sauna experience, it actually does the job quite well and I think it would be difficult to get a better sauna experience at a more affordable price. I think the current asking price of $220 CAD is reasonable there is currently a small sale for additional value. So does this provide a pleasant, comfortable experience? No, it is too cramped and dark and you lose any possibility of a social sauna experience, but is this an effective unit that could be of interest for heat treatments, a portable option and budget-friendly alternative. Yes. You could actually put this on a balcony or porch if you lived in the city and this would be a decent option even in the spring or fall.

I had to wait until it started to get really cool out before I could fully try this out and I am glad I waited, this works wonderfully outside on my balcony in the cold weather. The steamer gets hot fast and the entire tent fills up with steam in just a few minutes, the tent also holds heat and steam for quite a while with the steamer turned off, so thermally it's pretty efficient. Assembly was super quick and I had no issues putting it together, the chair is decently comfy and I have no problem using it, but I also am happy my wooden folding sauna seat fits inside too. Overall if you're looking for a nice winter sauna I would gladly give this my recommendation
