製品はまともですが、設計が良くないと思います。 全体重がこのボルト2本にかかり、材質が樹脂という・・。 しかも価格がとてつもななく高い。 ボルト2で普通の椅子が買えます。 交換は難しくはありません。 壊れた時はこの値段で高価な椅子が復活すると思えば・・でも高い。

The products were as expected. Although there was a minor delay, everything worked out fairly quickly. The seller replied very fast to the question about the delay. All good.

These were exactly what I needed to fix my loud Aeron chair. If you have an Aeron chair and it squeaks loudly when you sit down, this is most likely what you need to fix it. I bought my chair used and initially I wasn't very happy with it because it was loud and the seat was kind of stiff, but I traced these issues to some very worn out bearings on the sides of the seat bottom, and replacing them with these bearings fixed both issues. Now it's just like the ones I had used before I decided to buy mine. Fair warning, the original bearings are installed with C-clamps, which can be difficult to remove. These are easy to install and remove though, because they just use plastic clips.

Purchased this item to replace a broken seat bolt from a nearly 20 year old Herman Miller Aeron chair. Only 1 of the bolts required replacement, however I decided to replace both with the new parts. They arrived April 17, 2026 and I installed them later that week. By May 2, one of the bolts broke while in use, exploded sending pieces of plastic everywhere. I contacted the seller, and was met with several delays including: No responses to requests for return despite 5+ return requests being sent. Sent screenshots of my return request only to be told they had no record of receiving them. After several weeks of back and forth, the seller is now saying I am outside of the return period. Beware of this seller, the product cheaply made and the customer service is a 1 star. It should be noted, the replacement parts are all plastic, where the original parts have more metal. I've taken pictures of the differences as well as the broken pieces. Will update rating if their customer service responds appropriately based on this post.

Item is as described. Fits well and have been using it for a year plus now

Received May 11, broke yesterday , May 15th. Original part lasted me 10 years, this one less than a week. Not worth the money.
