We are about 3 months into use and love these. They have great range and camera clarity. The alert features work well and the monitor can easily go a night or two on one charge. The app works really well too! After going through 5 Vtech cameras in 3 years I hope this hold up better!

I’ve never written a review before. This camera pisses me off. We got it because we now have 2 children and wanted to get one with a split screen. To be fair, the split screen video does work. However, the sound can only be on one or the other. The screen is supposed to light up when it hears sound in either, so you can then do your detective work to see which kid is moving/awake. That’s already frustrating because I don’t wake to just a light, BUT, the screen doesn’t always turn on and the sound doesn’t even work consistently for the one it’s on. It just doesn’t work. And, when I turn the screen on manually, the video itself takes a good 5-10 seconds to update, so you’re seeing an outdated image of each room while you hear wailing in the distance. The screen itself sometimes won’t turn on, it’ll just show a white screen until you turn it entirely off then back on again. And the temperature of one room read 32° for at least 3 straight weeks. This monitor is terrible. I wish I could return it, but we’ve been using it for 6 months now. It has just gotten to the point of throwing it away. I’d rather buy another Vava and just carry around 2 reliable monitors than this junk.

Really convenient baby monitor! I love having 2 monitors built into one to be able to see both children!

Absolutely LOVE this product and I highly recommend it!!! My only request is please make it a possibility to have two people logged in. It’s inconvenient to have to log in again whenever my husband looks at the app on his phone.

After having two other camera systems this is by far superior!! It’s incredibly easy to setup and use! It’s a nice size monitor that allows me to see both kids at the same time! Battery life is great and it’s easy to charge as well. The VOX setting was a little hard to figure out but a quick google search helped do the trick! Bonus: comes with an app so loved ones can also see your child/children!

I purchased this product because I have a toddler and a newborn and need to be able to monitor both children at the same time. This product advertised both an app and a monitor, as well as the ability to view multiple cameras simultaneously. However, after installing everything, I discovered that the app does not actually allow you to watch both cameras at the same time. Additionally, when using the monitor in split-screen mode, you can only listen to audio from one camera at a time. This makes the product impractical for my needs, as I would not be able to hear the other baby if they cried during the night. I am very disappointed with this product. I am generally a fan of the Momcozy brand and appreciate that many of their products are designed for parents of multiples, but this monitor falls far short of my expectations.

I thought about leaving 2 stars (because 1 star just seems so dramatic) but honestly our experience has been pretty bad. From the day we unboxed the monitor, we’ve noticed that the sound quality is pretty poor. I can stand outside my son’s room and hear him crying loudly but, on the monitor, it just sounds like a soft cry (even with the volume maxed out). It would be very easy to sleep through your baby crying at night! We also have the monitor set up to go into “sleep mode” when it’s not detecting any noise or movement. It’ll kick back on if it detects a loud noise (like baby crying) or detects movement (like baby rolling around). Every time it kicks back on from sleep mode, there’s a really loud fuzz/static noise that blast through the speakers. It’s ironic how loud it can be seeing as I can barely hear my son crying through this monitor! More recently, the camera has started disconnecting from the unit which means I have to go into my sleeping baby’s room (who we’ve worked hard to get to sleep) in order to unplug and replug the camera so that it can reconnect. Our room is right next to my sons so I don’t believe it’s a proximity issue. Lastly, as I lay in bed, the monitor is beeping at me telling me that a loud noise has been detected. There’s been no noise in the room and yet it’s beeping at me every couple seconds saying that a new loud noise has been detected. As soon as I silence the alarm, it starts beeping again saying another loud noise has been detected. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to sleep through all the beeping and fuzzy/static noise. And honestly I’ll be paranoid that the camera will disconnect or that my child will be crying and I won’t be able to hear him on the device I paid $200 to perform that very task.
