We have this for over a year now, and my kids love it. No issues. Works all the time. They use it for school works and playing ganes onlibe. Great bargain for the price.

Got this HP laptop on sale for a great price. Same size has my old HP.. had everything switched over from old to new. Works great. Comes with windows 11 and Microsoft antivirus at no additional cost.

This laptop is a piece of junk. Did the initial setup on it when I got it. Went to turn it on the next day and it won't turn on. Tried numerous times. Took it to two computer guys and they can't get this pile to work at all either. Big waste of money. Of course, by the time I got it back from the first computer tech the warranty had run out and it could not be returned. That's why it went to a second computer shop. Of course, they also couldn't get it to work. Won't even turn on. Straight up the biggest piece of crap i've ever purchased.

This HP Pavilion is a great Laptop. I was surprised to see a computer on Amazon that was high quality for a fair price. I'm glad I purchased this Laptop with 32mb ram and a 1 TB storage hard drive—straightforward to set up. I'm very pleased

Very nice computer with just the right amount of power I need for basic home functions. It’s faster than I thought it would be.

Performed as advertised for 30 days then audio output failed - no audio or earphones. Then after 6 mos the keyboard failed. Now I cannot get past the welcome screen. I am not going to send this to a remote repair facility with all my financial access codes so will just have to bite the bullet and pay for local repair.

Buyer beware: HP voids the warranty on these computers. They are not designed for this much memory and ssd size. As a result, they do not have any manufacturer warranty. That said, I’ve had this one for a couple of months now and it’s run without issues. I only found out because I downloaded the hp help app that shows information on the computer and it showed the warranty expired a year before I bought it. When I contacted hp the representative said they were currently in dispute with Amazon for offering these modified computers filled with more memory and larger drives than they intended for the machine. The rep said that eventually I would encounter problems. If it weren’t for the voided warranty I’d give it 5 stars, but the warranty being void is a pretty big flaw in my opinion. We’ll see if I get the usual reliability for years like my other hp computers have given. If so, then it won’t be a problem. UPDATE 9/5/24: Today I received an email response from the vendor regarding my 3-star review and the warranty situation. They appologized for my concerns and confusion. They also indicated that they offer a one year warranty on the laptop through a third party. More, they offered to accept a return for full credit, or $100 for the inconvenience. Since I wish to keep the laptop and it is functioning properly, I chose not to take any compensation; however, I asked to revisit that decision should a problem arise that their third-party warranty does not address in a timely fashion. I also pointed out that they should make it clearer that the warranty does not come from HP. With the genuine concern shown by the vendor and the presence of a warranty, albeit not from HP, and in lieu of the satisfaction I have for the laptop, I am raising my rating from 3-stars to 4. I think potential buyers should understand the warranty remains untested, and it is not from HP.
