Why did you pick this product vs others?: The product is quit good and effective but only efficient for small grass, plane lawn and for smaller area. Because the batteries it has have no such backup. Theey last max 10 min each. I'm returning my order bacuae it is not fulfilling my requirements.

Wrost product. Don't by any one. I apply to return but during the return period no one contact me at last they closed the return window. They are fraud, i am the prime member of amozon and they never care their customer. So i request to all not buy any product of them. They misguide their coustomer also, I bought the grass cutter machine after getting the product I find that product is not good so I apply for return product but their pick up men never call or contact me

The machine is a great relief from grass but there is no grass guard like paddy guard of brush cutter which can help to accumulate the grass for cattle at the same time.
