This product has changed my sleeping! Being hormonal and over 50, sleep, which had always been easy for me, became rough! I was waking all night long. My therapist recommended this product for mental clarity and help with sleep, and I'm so glad she did! It took about 3 weeks to build up in my system, but now I do not go without it! I even take it with me when I travel.

I've tried everything to fix my interrupted sleep. I wake up after 4.5 hours no matter what. This hasn't kept me asleep through the night, but it's reduced the amount of time it takes me to fall back asleep SIGNIFICANTLY. I fall back asleep within 5 to 15 minutes, sometimes almost immediately. Paired with the magnesium they sell is well worth the money. It works without the magnesium, but with the magnesium I feel more rested when I wake up, like I slept two hours longer then I really did. You will feel very drowsy and your eyes will feel heavy when you wake up before falling back asleep, and that can carry over to when you actually get out of bed, but it doesn't take long to shake it off at all. Once you walk around for a few minutes and drink some water you'll feel normal.

It’s effective

I know this supplement says that it was created for cognitive and sleep benefits. However, I purchased this supplement because Myo-Inositol also aids in regulating insulin resistance related PCOS. I should have done more research before the purchase because, as it turns out, this supplement provides less than half of the dosage that is required for that benefit. When I realized that, I shrugged it off and said I would just use it for it's original intended purpose- sleep. After over a week of taking this supplement before bed, I had to stop taking this supplement completely. Every night, I would be restless and wouldn't be able to fall asleep until 1-2am, but would never stay asleep. I found myself lying in bed for hours with horrible anxiety and would wake up in the morning feeling like I got no sleep at all. Sad to say that I wouldn't recommend this supplement based off of my personal experience. I was really hoping it would work for me, but this is likely going to end up in the trash.

After seeing this review, Momentous contacted me an offered a refund. What a gem of a company. ___ Momentous makes really high quality products, so that isn't the issue and I'm an active user of their amazing Creatine. However...this supplement was supposed to help me sleep more deeply and not wake up as much during the night - and if I did be able to get back to sleep more quickly. But I had a harder time falling asleep and going back to sleep once woken up so it isn't for everyone.
