Outstanding taste
Got a free sample package from an order, purchased directly from Ps. Used the entire pkg on a five pound prime rib for Christmas dinner. Could immediately smell the spices when the roast started cooking. Thought it was going to be a strong garlic taste. However, upon finishing the cook and eating it no strong garlic taste. Instead it was a very good tasting seasoning. I’d put it on pork and chicken too. Excellent product and highly recommend it for all beef recipes. Saw it here for a higher price, but with Prim it cost about the same if you bought from Ps. Highly recommend.

Magic!
I got it today and pulled a skinny sub standard piece of ribeye out of the freezer. I sprinkled this on and let it sit in the fridge for an hour. I threaded it onto a skewer and buttered it. I can't believe how good it tasted! This stuff is truly magical!

Strong taste
I made a steak with this seasoning and had to look at the ingredients to see what the unusual taste was. It’s black garlic. So beware because that is pretty pungent. Now I just use less and it’s okay.

Had a sample from manufacturer. It is great seasoning. It was out of stock when I ordered. Got from Amazon lid is screwed up will not close. So it hardened after 1st use.
