Spilt milk powder inside.
2 Broken seal of the inner packet of the millk. As a result large portion of milk powder spilt inside the packet. It can't be used. VERY DISAPPOlNTED.

No consistency in taste
The product is good, have bought three packets so far. The first order I received tasted really well and just like any other milk powder. But the second pack onwards the taste have changed and that changes the taste of tea and coffee and have a disliking taste. Also it forms lumps if not dissolved correctly. You need to mix it in hot water first and then use the milk. Packing quality is average. Otherwise the product is good.
