Is there a way to know how much DIM and I3C is actually on the blend?

Please refer to this website for more information about the relationship between DIM and I3C: http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag2002/jan2002_report_i3c_01.htm . I3C is a precursor for DIM and has more studies done on its healing properties than DIM. From the website http://www.diagnose-me.com/treatment/DIM-I3C.html : "It is generally agreed that 300mg of IC3 converts to 30-40mg of DIM." I remember reading that the recommended daily dose of IC3 is between 200-400mg. I wish I knew the exact ratio of this blend, but according to the above information, it would seem that more emphasis should be placed on getting enough IC3 as opposed to worrying about getting enough DIM. Without knowing the exact ratio of this blend, I am still comfortable with this product because both IC3 and DIM have proven to be beneficial/harmless.

What are the ingredients and quanities of each?

The Seeking Health DIM contains I3C (indole-3-carbinol) 200 mg, DIM (diindolymethane) 200 mg, and LifePQQ Pyrroloquinoline Quinone Disodium Salt 4 mg.

How soon until I notice results? They smell and taste awful but if they will help my perimenopausal insomnia I'm willing to give them a longer
