I was excited to add hyacinth to my pond, but unfortunately, these seeds were a total disappointment. Not a single one sprouted despite following best practices for water plant germination. Even more frustrating—no instructions were provided, leaving me to search only for the proper planting method. Without guidance, it's impossible to tell if these seeds were viable to begin with. Definitely not worth the purchase. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for quality pond plants.

The seeds were perfectly fine. If you follow the directions the plants grow with no problems. I simply placed my seeds in a small container with bottled spring water and placed that inside a grow tent I have, which provided the warm temps (it is in the 80's inside the tent) and the led light mimicked the sun. I only attempted around thirty of the seeds. These will be going in my small backyard fish pond and I won't even put all the seeds I started in the pond because these plants are very invasive. They multiple faster than rabbits. If I were to have simply poured the seeds in a container of water and set on a table or shelf then they probably would not have sprouted, they need heat and light.

Supposed to germinate in a day or this is day 4 all it looks like is dried up wheat in saw dust, waste of money

All the seeds I planted sprouted in a week! Added them to a container of water with a lid and put them in my warmest area of the house.

After 8mo of struggling these are nothing more than grass seeds coated in some kind of dissolving material. Less than 10% germination and with very little instructions this was a waste of time and money. If there was any such business with a backbone that were selling these seeds they should recall and replace and compensate their customers at their own cost. The packaging even showed up as being shamrock seeds. Which also was falsely labeled. Total scam

Seeds were so small and floated. Got less than 20 to sprout after using paper towels outside in an airtight glass container. And they all died when trying to plant. Hard to grow or find info to help with growth.

I have tried to get these to grow and these are not what they are suppose to be. All I get is grass of some sort. Not the plants I purchase.

This is good stuff. You lose a star for BAD INSTRUCTIONS. NEW INSTRUCTIONS Take a small glass cake pan, place a paper towel inside. Spray water to dampen the entire paper towel until fully damp. Sprinkle seeds throughout it. Place plastic wrap OVER the cake pan and place in a well lit area. When germinated, carefully extract from the paper towel, don't let the roots break. The next part is tricky, you have to find a way to either float the leaves and crown (seed) on the water you place them in. I cut packing styrofoam into tiny floaties for mine. They cannot float at this freshly germinated stage. DO NOT LET THE SEEDS OR PLANTS SINK TO THE BOTTOM OF THE WATER THEY WILL DIE.
