Cuisinart HCTP-9 Cookware Set, Copper, Medium

They are absolutely stunning, and they perform very well. Very even heat distribution, and very balanced weight.Only "flaw" is the lids are stainless steel no glass, I personally don't mind that, but I know some folks do.Anywho what a statement piece in the kitchen, am I right!10/10

These pans are a gorgeous set of cookware. Be prepared when using that they will discolor but is easily and quickly fixed with a little bar keepers friend when cleaning. Just as new once polished!

I can not rate this product because I've not used them yet. They are too beautiful.My girlfriend has these pans in stainless steel so I bought them in the hammered copper thinking they would my cherished cooking pans. I'm sure one day they will. I just need to get the courage to use them.

For the amount paid for this set, I couldn’t be more disappointed!! Every pot and pan discolored after only using each item once!! No more beautiful copper! 😭😭 I’m very particular when it comes to my kitchenware and I only use these as recommended. The attached photos are of the same pan (180 degree turn / “front and back”) after making grilled cheese sandwiches for my kids. Nothing was spilled on the outside…and I had just pulled the pan off the burner… unwashed. The only positive thing I can say about these is that they function as pots and pans. Guess I should’ve spent more for better quality because these are garbage!! 😡

Professional Cookware For Gourmet Cooking: I like how these were securely packed - each one separated with cardboard, wrapped with cardboard and tissue paper and placed inside a clear plastic bag. I am not a gourmet cook but I wanted this cookware because of the copper look and stainless steel interior. These have the nicest lids I've ever seen. There is a use and care guide and I immediately noticed how much extra care is needed for "gourmet cookware". Especially when it comes to cleaning. So far, I have only used the 1 Quart Pour Saucier to make peppermint hot chocolate. The strong handle does not get hot, which is great, but it would be nice if the pour spout was a little wider. Nine piece set includes the lids - 1 quart open pour saucier/no lid, 3 quart saucepan/lid, 4 quart casserole/lid, 6 quart stockpot/lid, 10" saute pan/lid (much deeper than any pan I've ever used/more like a pot).

First use and the copper was all black, not worth the price because it doesn’t stay shiny as it looks in the pictures…. Verrryy hard to clean double the work. Takes longer to cook as it takes longer to heat up!

This is what pot looks like after first use. And I use it very carefully, only use on medium heat and boil noodle. The inner layer is supposed to be stainless steel, I need to return it. Not sure how does it work.
