Arrived well packed, undamaged, and ahead of schedual. Item delivered was as described and with a freebee, thank you seller! I have used a few e hookah systems. I was comparing this to an e-heads unit that turns a regular hookah into a vape set up, the results were fine until I used the ploox nest. The ploox rig smokes out the out my previous systems by a hazy mile! I will say this rig must be used with the proprietary cartridges but they last long and the flavors are great not to mention work outside the hookah unit as a standalone pocket system. The nest is sleek and all the colors advertised are accurate to the pictures. It also come with a hard zipper case with room for the unit two hoses and plenty of room for a hand full of carts My personal favorite flavors are the white peach gummy, dragonfruit kiwi and pink mint lemonade. Cost wise this seller seems to have competitive pricing.

The hookah itself works great, but I wish I didn’t have to go through the company to order different flavors.

As described, 2 silicone hoses and 2 ports for the Ploox pods (so you can mix flavors). It arrived undamaged and in a nice travel case. I was hesitant to purchase since I like traditional hookah, but the base with the water makes it feel somewhat similar to smoking a traditional hookah, nice clouds, taste clean. Arrived early and with a surprise gift (thank you to the seller). Great for on the go since it doesn’t require coals (no smell of coals and no mess), making for minimal setup and clean up. I’ve tried love 66 (my normal go to flavor by adalya) lady killer and blue ghost, so far my favorite is the lady killer. Looking forward to trying the many other flavors! Note: it comes with an empty pod in one of the ports, if you are using only one e hookah pod, keep the empty pod in the second port while using.

Hookah did not work and once I returned it I only got a partial refund for something that was defective out the box..

I loved everything about this E-hookah it’s easy to use and arrived early I loved the lights gift 💝 that comes with it, just curious we didn’t get to choose the flavor, how can I switch the flavor I got? And I only got one flavor is that how it supposed to ? Thanks again
