I ordered the bracelet on a Tuesday, it was in my mailbox when I got home on Friday night. Lightning fast delivery. Great quality. Way above what I expected. The engraving was fantastic and very clear. High quality item. After taking a cursory look on Friday night, I decided to take a better look on Saturday morning. That is when I noticed MY mistake. When I was filling out the order form I had entered a wrong Roman numeral in the date. I was crest fallen as it was an anniversary gift, and obviously you cant get that wrong. Trying too be to quick and too fancy wasn't paying off for me. It was 8 am on Saturday morning when I sent an email asking if there was any way to fix the problem. I expected that I would hear back Monday, but because it was time sensitive I wanted to send the email and get an answer...which I assumed would fairly be no as it was MY mistake....and this way I would be able to order a new, correct bracelet. To my shock, I received an immediate response. It could not have been 20 minutes. I was told that despite it being MY mistake, that they would fix the problem, no charge. I was floored.I would HIGHLY recommend this item, it is beautiful, and company, not only for the quality, but also the amazing customer service. Both were top notch!I will definitely be doing more shopping with them.

This was a last min gift for the mother of the bride. I wanted a special, personalized gift, but was unable to find ANYTHING with the words I wanted to say to my sister. When I found this co, which allowed me to choose my own wording, I thought there was no way it could possibly arrive on time. But, after reading so many reviews about quick shipment of orders, I decided to take a chance. I placed the order, then called the next day to speak with someone re: shipping time to my state, as I had totally forgotten it was a holiday weekend! To my surprise, I was speaking with the kind gentleman who had actually just finished my beautiful bracelet that morning! He assured me it would be shipped that day. He said my delivery date would be one of two dates, due to the holiday, but either way, I would def receive it before the wedding! In spite of the holiday, I received the bracelet on the earlier of the two dates. It was perfect in every way! If you are familiar with name brand MantraBands, which I love, this was equal in quality, no doubt at all. The best part was being able to choose not only the wording, but every single detail re: placement, etc. I would def use this seller again!

I absolutely love how this bracelet looks. It's slim which is exactly what I wanted, and the writing is perfect. I ordered it for a birthday gift and the delivery was quick, which really surprised me since it was personalized. When I got it, however, there was an issue with the spacing on the names inside, this was NOT the fault of the seller, but I contacted him via email and got a call back the same day. I explained the problem and he said he would redo it and send it out THAT DAY, which he did. Got it in time for the birthday I intended it for. Fantastic customer service, the seller went above and beyond. I will definitely order again.

The quality of this bracelet is exceptional. I am so impressed! The packaging was wonderful and a gift box was included. This is one of the best items I have ever purchased on Amazon. I will definitely keep this item in mind to give as gifts in the future.UPDATE:. Since receiving this bracelet I have only taken it off once, for surgery. I have worn it 24/7...exercising, swimming, bathing, gardening, etc. It is still beautiful and comfortable and completely hypoallergenic (as I am terribly allergic to nickel). Highly recommend!!

I have several of theses cuffs in different "colors". Narrow, lightweight, delicate but strong. I've worn them 24/7 for months now. No complaints. This bracelet is very thin, and the lettering is brown, which is weird and unexpected. The lettering is also not as engraved as I would like. Also, if you don't have a tiny wrist, thankfully I do, you can not wear this. It was very difficult to get on.

I ordered one, loved it. Then ordered I three more. I had a slight problem with one of them, I called talked to a real person and they quickly came up with a no hassle resolution. I well defiantly be getting more and I have already been recommending them to friends. I have allergies and have a hard time finding jewelry I don't react to, I have not taken them off yet and have no negative reaction.

This is my second bracelet. It holds the first one in place to keep it from flipping around. It keeps my affirmations within my visual range to remind me of my intentions which tend to fly away when life happens. I absolutely love it and am thinking about buying a third one!
