Easy peasy...I used my whisk...no beaters and I added one extra egg because the yolks were small in my eggs. I opted for cupcakes instead of a cake so I could portion out my intake. I froze eight and put two in the fridge. We had them mid day with a nice cup of Tim Horton's coffee. Overall, it made 12 cupcakes and they were good size. 30 minutes at 35...checked them at 20 minutes. Depends on your oven and altitude. I am sea level. They're spongey, and I used the Dolly Parton Chocolate Buttercream frosting. Truly worth the purchase and it's less than $5.

I have liked all of the Dolly Parton products, but these brownies knocked it out of the ballpark I made them twice. I liked them so much.
