Perfect weight
I love this blanket. I have packed it for trips and keep it handy to use during the day for a lap blanket while I work. It provides good calming and grounding for me. It is also helpful for sleeping under in the summertime, since I can put it over just my legs or my upper body and do not get overheated. It's like a gentle hug for my nervous system. I am 5'3" and 114 pounds - I found this a good weight and the right coverage.

Perfect Weight and So Comfortable
I absolutely love this weighted blanket! It has quickly become one of those things that goes everywhere with me. The size is perfect—I’m 5’2” and about 115 lbs, and the 12 lb weight feels just right for me. It’s heavy enough to feel cozy and comforting without feeling overwhelming. One of my favorite things about it is that it doesn’t make me hot. I can actually relax under it without feeling overheated, which was something I was worried about with a weighted blanket. It’s comfortable, cozy, the perfect size and weight, and I use it all the time. Definitely one of my favorite purchases!

This is so perfect to help ease those aching muscles and bones. I have the single size so that I can take it with me when I stay overnight at my grandchildren. It is easy to store and carry with me.
