I’m a first responder and I use this thing all the time. It’s the brightest flashlight I’ve ever owned. It’s as bright as a modern car headlight. I’ve bought several for gifts. It’s got 5 modes, a zoom lense and a pocket clip. (For those who don’t see a use for the strobe mode, I’ve actually found it quite useful when trying to get my stretcher through large crowds. People don’t want to move for anyone or anything but if you shine a super bright flashing light in their face they usually move aside. Also for traffic) That being said there are some things they need to fix.Cons- The bezel is not very tough. Mine already has dents and cuts in it.The button sticks out past the end of the flashlight which makes it hard to stand it on its end, which is something I have to do a lot on scene in people’s houses’.I am using the battery that came with the 700 lumen version. The smaller battery that comes with this one is less powerful and is harder to fit into the charger. The charger that came with it was clearly not made for the smaller battery.After about 15 min of sustained use, the housing gets rather hot. I’m not sure what they can do about that though. It puts off a lot of light and that creates heat. I’m courious if the smaller battery was an effort to curb that. I haven’t tested that out yet.It doesn’t come with a belt sheath or offer one that I can see. That clip is for a pocket only. It’s not strong enough to hang on a belt.All that being said, I love this flashlight and will be buying more as they continue to develop new models. Hopefully addressing some of these issues.

This is my second Brightex flashlight, they really are the best out there in my opinion.They do get warm when using a 26650 battery, but not excessively.

Best flashlight that I have found for the money. Outperforms many more expensive flshlights.

I have a few of these, two were dropped when in use and now they will not shut off. cannot return because company is out of business

Man this little gem really puts out. I use 26500 batterys with all Brightex torches.

If you check out the testimonies and highlights there is very little in regards durability. That's because if you drop these flashlight on any hard surface, wood floor, concrete, tile floor, etc they will not work anymore. I had 2 of these and dropped both of them at different times and they both stopped working. For the high price you would think they would be more durable, but they are not. I have dropped much cheaper flashlight on hard surfaces and they continued to work, but these no. So I do not rate them very high. If you ever owned a flashlight for any length of time, you are going to drop it, with these forget you will have to buy another one.
