In what ratio are there type 1 and type 3 collagens in this product?

I don't know the answer to that but I do know that they have changed the formula.i used to use the hydrolysate version of this and then they went to the peptide version. It doesn't work as good for arthritis. So if that is your issue don't waste your money.

Serving size? The label says two scoops equals 14 g. The actual scoop says 14.8 cc or 14.8 g. Please advise!

I used a little less than one scoop. The flavor can be a bit overwhelming. I would mix it with the plain flavor.

How do i make jello with this?

I dont use it as jello... I drink 2 scoops in water my morning shake... You have to use a gelatin base for jello... This is not that kind of product..
