Have been using these for years and love them. I assume they are effective. They dont give energy, but I do believe they have improved my children's sleep quality over the years. Value for money is on point. Children say they taste good, so no complaints there.

I bought these after reviewing many for my 11 yo with anxiety and sleep issues. It costs a lot less than the gummy type but unfortunately, my daughter could not stand the taste or chalkiness.

I brought these for my daughter to help with bowel movements. They seem to be helping and she loves the taste ( like a cherry lolly!)
