To preface, my period cramps are BAD. Imagine someone stabbing you in the uterus over and over. That’s how my cramps feel, but this helps so much. I use it from the start of my first cramp and it literally makes the pain go away. It gets super hot too and the temp and strap are adjustable. The battery life is a little short, but that’s okay.

i bought this for my daughter and she loves it. We have used the plug in pads from the pharmacy for years which can be uncomfortable and hard to keep in place. This is such a great invention with no cord , it allows for pain relief on the go. The heat output is just right, not too hot but hot enough to soothe cramps. The mild vibrations are a great added feature. The auto shut off timer feels short but easy to just resarr the device. Charges last a long time and supports many hours of use.

While this is great for period pains, I also use this for my lower back. I wear a size 12 pants in US sizing, the belt is adjusted almost to max (though it is elastic so there is still plenty of give). It heats up nicely and quickly and I like the various massage levels. Auto shut off after 30 minutes. The pad portion looks a little small, but it is actually the perfect size in my opinion as it isn't super wide or bulky and can fit discreetly in jeans under a big hoodie (for when I'm in pain but need to be on-the-go.

It does work pretty good. I use it on the middle heat setting for menstrual cramps on my lower abdomen. I get really painful cramps and I am always doing stuff around the house and don't want to be plugged in. My husband steals it and uses it for his lower back pain and says it helps. Last several hours but it does take like over night to charge which sucks if you want to keep using it in the evening. The most annoying thing is that it does auto shut off after about 30 mins. I absolutely hate that. 30 mins is nothing. I can see why they did it. There's always some sensitive person out there that ruins it for everyone says that it BuRnEd them. There's multiple levels and just pick what comfortable for you. I wish it had an option for longer or just to disable it. Another feature I wish it had was to plug n charge while using it still that way I could top the battery off if I was laying in bed or at my desk. But it's either charge and it's off or use it and don't charge till you take it off.

Love it! It took a while to charge for the first time, but it lasted my whole 9 hour shift. I was moving around the whole time and I didn't have to adjust it at all. And once I memorized the buttons it was super easy to do all the settings without looking. The massage is also nice! It's different vibrations and it worked GREAT for the back pain. I highly reccomend! Also I get super sweaty with any heat, and the device still didn't move, it has like fuzzy padding on the part that touches you, and it wasn't wet after 9 hours! Plus the pattern is super cute if anyone sees it.

Decent, it got really hot but the charge didn't last long. It's been less than 3 months and now won't work at all. I came on here to see when I bought it - Feb 27. I travel a lot and used it on airplanes to keep warm. now I'll find another one

As someone that has severe cramps on certain days this has been a lifesaver. I’m able to take this to work and wear it underneath my shirt and it makes it bearable to do my job. I used to have to call out on certain days because my cramps were so painful and it almost got me written up. I work at a doggy day camp, so I can’t just bring a heating pad that I can plug into the wall. The only thing I wish is that the battery power lasted a little bit longer and that the vibration was a little bit quieter because I’m afraid people think I have something else going on if they hear it. also, if you’re small like me, it can be a little bit uncomfortable when you sit down, depending on where it’s placed but other than that, it lets me do my job and helps ease the pain that I’m in. I highly recommend it for anyone that has period days where your cramps are so bad that when you’re not fuse to your heating pad all day, you feel as if you’re dying even with pain painkillers.

Waste product! Don't waste even a penny on this useless chinese product! It's too delicate and the belt is not working, that means u can't wear it on stomach!

This item is trash. The vibration does not work. Complete waste of money.
