Built very well. Company is very supportive

I’ve had this for 5 months and while the heating element is working well, the doors are made of thin clear plastic. The door broke off around the hinges where the screws are, all by itself I might add. I watched it happen on surveillance video. No one touched it so I’m sure the heat being on contributes to the door breaking off the hinges because it’s cheap plastic or acrylic. I would not recommend.

The first time I used it I set it up to the desired temperature and when I came back to check after 30 min the POWER light was OFF and and now the light only turns on when the setting is Off which is extremely confusing so basically the temperature control is broken

After two months when we turn the temp dial they trip and shut off. Says it holds 10 16” pizza boxes. You can’t sit anything below first wire racks because it would burn. We had a pizza box start to brown and smell like it was burning and looked on bottom of box it was starting to get brown glad we caught it before it caught on fire.
