Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series graphene thermal pads are a great alternative to thermal paste in high-performance segments. It has a conformable surface with very high thermal conductivity just like the Carbonaut pad. Compared to Carbonaut pads, KryoSheet as a high-end product provides significantly higher thermal conductivity. This improved thermal conductivity is not only due to material selection, but innovative manufacturing process. What makes KryoSheet special?

KryoSheet Graphene Pads feature molecular structures in the Z direction. This optimized construction provides excellent constant thermal conductivity. It is a specially developed manufacturing process that breaks down the hexagonal crystal structure of graphite along the substrate surface to take advantage of the isoretrieval of graphite's thermal conductivity. However, as a side effect of this elaborate manufacturing process, the electrical conductivity is also improved, and the stability of the KryoSheet pad is affected by the stability of the KryoSheet pad.
