These headphones are a lifesaver when working in noisy environments. With clear audio and a noise-cancelling mic, my clients only hear me, never the background chaos. The dual-ear design makes conversations effortless, and call quality is excellent. They do feel a bit plasticky, but for the performance and reliability, they’re absolutely worth it.

I have this headset since October and so far no issue. The sound is great and not muffled and I can easily do an eight hour shift with them.

Great product and easy to connect. You will not be disappointed

I purchased these as they specifically said they were designed to work with MS Teams meetings. Unfortunately this headset has been a nightmare. The boom mic is used to turn on and off the mute, but this headset gets that confused every time I connect to a meeting. So when I lower it ot says it’s muted and lifting it up says connected. I have to disconnect from the meeting and reconnect to get this to finally work. The next big issue is when using this headset with MS Teams when I have the mic in the “muted”’position, the system constantly notifies me that “mute is on”. I have searched hi and low on the inter webs,contacted Logitech support. Talked to Microsoft and no one can figure how to stop this. I have other wireless head sets that do not have this issue with me team meetings. And through all the tech support and deductive problem solving, it appears it’s just a quirk in this headset. Lastly, these constantly disconnect from the dongle. I HIGHLY recommitment to STAY FAR AWAY from purchasing this model. It’s garbage.
