These are really nice, heavy, non-stick loaf pans that have worked well for home-baking sourdough bread. Would highly recommend. They are a little expensive but excellent quality and worth the money.

I bought these after seeing a sourdough baker on Youtube rave about them. She was correct. They are better than any loaf pan I have ever used. My bread came out higher than usual. They are easy to clean. I think these are exactly what any baker would want for their masterpieces.

These pans are fantastic. My wife has baked bread for years. Always using parchment paper. Not any longer. The bread just pops right out. No parchment paper, no oil. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best loaf pans I have used. Breads come out of these pans easily, with beautiful, even, golden crusts. These are a great weight, sturdy, and are holding up well to repeated use and hand washing.
