I love mushrooms, so I wanted to try this. Wow, I just love the simple creamy flavor and texture of this pasta. Great earthy taste of the mushroom, but no overpowering by any means. I feel like anyone who doesn't like mushrooms would still like this. (could just not put the flakes in) I have been making these in the microwave, but now just started ordering the 6-packs of the microwavable bowls. (easier to make at work) I tried the bulgogi alfredo and garlic oil ones because I loved this from Tangle - not a huge fan of either. This one is the best hands down. The garlic oil one has a spicy kick, but I didn't feel like it was very garlicy like I was hoping/expecting. The bulgogi alfredo isn't terrible, it was just too sweet for me. Others may enjoy it. Try the Creamy Mushroom if you have a chance!!

This item has become a favorite in our household My husband is allergic to mushrooms so I don't get to cook with them as much as I would like to but I love a good mushroom pasta and this fits the bill perfectly, it comes together quickly just like a ramen noodle packet would but it's got the creamy earthy deliciousness of a good mushroom pasta. Highly recommend

This was a pleasant surprise. Quick and convenient usually means you often get something that is bland at best. These on the other hand are quite tasty. Not homemade good, but for something so simple and quick to make, it tastes way better than it should. My only nitpick is I wish there were more dried mushrooms in the package bit at least the few that are there are decent sized pieces that plump up quite good in the boiling water when making.

I have tried a lot of instant noodles, and these are delicious. I do recommend adding the dehydrated bits into the boiling water so that they soften up. I drain the water after cooking any noodles (I don't care for the broth), and I thought I didn't want to lose the little bits so why not add those in after?... Well they need to boil to soften up, ha! Otherwise you have weirdly crunchy (not good crunchy) particles in your noodles. No other notes! If you like creamy mushroom and alfredo type sauces, buy these!

Really tasty, easy to make. Use the right amount of water, just as the directions say. Hey, it’s not a health food for sure. Your results may vary on this but the nutrition facts and ingredients didn’t set off any very major alarm bells vs other prepackaged noodles, other than sodium, when I showed them to an AI and asked it to be critical. Should you eat this every day? Probably not but that goes for a lot of foods. In moderation it’s great. I think the value and portion size are good, probably too good. That is, I’ve had 1/2 a serving as a side dish and it was just right. A whole portion might feel like a carb bomb. The texture is decent; don’t expect some fancy restaurant quality but I’ve had worse at mid-price restaurants. I’d recommend this.

I was hoping that this would be like home made Lo Mein but it wasn't. It comes from South Korea. It's better than ramen but not by much. It's a thicker, long noodle which you boil in a cup of water (in your own small pan) for 4 minutes and put in 3 different flavor packets. Packet one is called flakes, which I believe are dried mushroom bits and go in with the boiling noodles. Packet two appears to be a liquid brown sauce which might be some kind of oyster or hoisin sauce. Packet three is either flour or cornstarch, which is a thickening agent. These are guesses because there are no ingredients listed on the packets. Packets two and three are added after removing the pasta from the boiling water. This was a four pack so I'm going to try some additions from the supermarket on the remaining three packs.. Adding some real mushrooms and some teriyaki sauce. I might pick up a can of cream of mushroom of Campbell's soup and put a small amount in. It's interesting that Amazon does not carry this same product in microwavable bowls which some Aldi's do carry. Update: Amazon does now but apparently must be ordered in 6 pack bowls. The amount of dried pasta noodles supplied looks small but since it plumps up it's enough for a one person serving. Another reviewer noticed the cancer warning on the pack but apparently is only to warn Californians. The rest of us are somewhat expendable. Update: CA could also stand for Canada. I won't order this again.

These are great and I usually dont eat this type of food.No msg ,fantastic flavor looking forward to trying other flavors of this brand. Great for dinner and lunch without feeling sacrificing quality

I never got this, because my package was easy to get into people were able to rifle through it & take what they wanted. I can’t seem to find this at my local grocery store so I was very disappointed. As for this product my son & I both like it & we’re picky. I’m trying to raise our noodle/ramen game.
