Did not come with a scoop, wasted so much by not having one to measure accurately

Flavor isn’t very strong and it doesn’t mix very thoroughly, but it works. I have issues in the heat after suffering from heat stroke twice in the army. I bought this for days that I race motorcycles and it was an absolute savior in the NC heat. Definitely recommend.
