I've been wrapping handlebars for a very long time. The tape is very good quality especially at this price point. Plenty long enough to wrap deep drop road bars. Tape has a nice texture, good grip, and a bit of stretch to it, to make wrapping an easy chore. End plugs are great, tight fit that will not be falling out anytime soon, I wouldn't hesitate to buy again. Color I bought is black, so my review is for this color only.

This tape has just the right amount of cushion for comfort without being too thick. I was worried that it might feel plasticky, but it doesn't. It has a nice grippy feel. The slight stretchiness makes it easy to install. The package came with extra pieces to cover the brake levers and a couple of pieces of really nice finishing tape. This finishing tape is better than standard electrical tape and blends perfectly with the color of the black tape. It's a joy to install. I wish they gave a couple of extra pieces of it though. Overall. I can't imagine a better quality product unless it's leather.

This bar tape is of a surprisingly good quality. It has an appropriate amount of stretch to apply correctly under tension and the adhesive is tacky, yet allows you to remove and reset multiple times. Aligning the diamond pattern took some work but the results are great. With 1 ride it has good cushion, and a nice tacky feel. Time will tell about durability. And for those who don't look at the pics and understand what the design of this tape is... it IS a pattern fade to black, so people shouldn't downgrade this tape for being exactly what it is.

Overall this is a great Bar tape. it has just about everything I look for in bar tape. I just put this on my wife's bike and she loves it. Tacky grip with lots of cushion and the Gel backing is just awesome. The diamond pattern adds nicely to the look and feel. I think this will hold up better then most synthetic cork tape to which I will give an update later about. I only have 1 issue with it which in the end may be a strength. The tape does not stretch which I am sure is related to the what seems like a super durable surface. If you do any kind of double wrap or Gel bar pads to be used underneath then you will be super glad for the extra 10cm compared to other brands. Which I was because wife's bars have the gel pads. Would buy again or recommend sure. If Margue started including the small snipets like some brands do so a none figure 8 wrap style can be done this would be my go to wrap hands down. So that last star is for the stretch and extra pieces which really should be a fractional star since the tape is longer then normal.

Ive been a user of old cork tapes for years. I tried this tape and it feels so good. I like the grippy-ness of it, and the padding is very comfy. Its not too thick, but definitely not thin. Its thicker than cork tapes. The length of the tape is nice, as i cut about a 2" section off to cover the brake hood areas, which still left enough tape to cover my old school cinelli 44cm bars. Its not very stretchy and has an adhesive down the center of the tape. The challenge i had with the tape is wrapping around the brake hoods. Maybe i just need a lesson on how to do this efficiently, but i can never get it without about 10 tries. It took some doing, and with the 2" piece covering the rear facing part of the bar where the brake lever attached, it looks good. The tape provided to finish off the bar tape was nice; easy, stretchy, flexible and adequate in length to cover the bar. Its way better than my old standby of using electrical tape to finish of bar tape. I would definitely recommend to friends to get this tape. The black "carbon" pattern is a nice touch and looks cool too.

Comfortable, easy to get a good wrap without gapping/sagging; plenty of length; adhesive on the back is just tacky enough to hold it in place while wrapping but lets go easy enough if you need to back up and re-wrap. Can't comment on longevity yet, but I liked this tape enough to put it on my other bike.

I installed this tape on my bike a couple of weeks ago and have enjoyed it. I found this tape to go on easily and to have great grip, feel and good drying properties when wet. The tape is soft on the hand and is nice to ride with. My concern --> one side of my handlebar seems to be disintegrating, sort of peeling away. The top layer with the dimpled texture is delaminating from the rest of the tape (see the photo) - which is quite concerning to me as I have only had this tape on for a couple of weeks. Never seen this issue before with any other tape and the other side of my handlebar is not having any issues.

The tape quality feels really good. I would say it’s on the thicker side for bar tape but for my gravel bike I like it since it give my hand more cushion. The adhesive strip on the tape is not super stick but if you wrap it tight it doesn’t matter that much.

They do not withstand constant hand pressure when biking. They fold up even if then are installed very tightly. I do not recommend.
