I waited until I finished the full bottle before writing this review. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no smell, which I appreciate. As for results—yes, I’ve noticed a bit of improvement in my nails. They’ve always been soft and prone to breaking, and while the change isn’t dramatic, they do seem stronger and a little less brittle. I haven’t noticed much difference in my hair yet, but I believe this is one of those supplements that requires consistent daily use over time to see real results. I’m hopeful that continued use will bring more noticeable benefits. The time and effort that is put into how it looks from outside in. Appearance has a lot to do with how successful any company, whether it be small or a major corporation presents the product. There was no smell, it was a capsule, so those are always easy for me to swallow, the price point is fabulous, and it contains an ingredient which is biotin. Biotin is a derived from the word “biotos,” which means “life” or “sustenance.“ Biotin is vitamin B7 which has been used in numerous studies done over the years and the finding of such studies supports that biotin may help with certain parts of your body. B7 can help your nervous system, liver, eyes, hair, and skin. What it does is it works with the enzymes in your body that keeps your cells working as they should. In conclusion, Halo beauty booster has all the supplements that truly have been shown to be effective.
