Is this really worth $13??????

I know, $13 is rediculous. They are money grubbers. But, if you want a break from eggs and bacon, this is it. One serving is only 1/3 cup. Small, but it takes a while to chew each bite, so it is filling. It tastes great and I've ordered another one for my trip where I won't have many keto options.

Is this granola low fodmap?

First of all, I had to Google fodmap! The package says it’s gluten and grain free with no added sugar. Net carbs are 2 gems per 1/3 cup serving.

This stuff is delicious! I’ve been keto for several years and I had tried the blueberry flavor they sell at Costco years ago and I didn’t like it (but I also don’t care for blueberries that much) so this one was a true find for me. Cinnamon Pecan is delicious!

This stuff is amazing. It is so good. I put it in my yogurt. And I love it because it’s no sugar added, which is great for me because I am a type two diabetic. Definitely would buy again.
